# Lori Cavallucci

Lori Widelitz-Cavallucci is a Senior User Experience Designer for IBM Smarter Workforce. She has a passion for creative problem solving and delivering great customer experiences. In her prior work, Lori’s clients sought her guidance when they needed someone to trust in finding the special connection with the user. She has more than 15 years of professional experience that is balanced by a dedication to family and friends in her communities.

Lori is a flexible and erudite thinker who holds a Masters degree in Psychology from Columbia University and a certificate in web graphics from Penn State University. She has written about the commonalities between psychology and UX design for Johnny Holland magazine. Lori lives in the Philadelphia area with her family. She manages to balance it all as a minimalist runner.&#x20;
